Yeah, I'm not dead or nothing.  Just not much to say.  Story of my life.

I'm in college now, studying Administration and IT.  So I've been busy with that.

Also, I am TRYING to learn japanese, but that's not easy since I'm hooked on Pokémon.

My character's name is Mana_DMG, she is QiGong, and I'm working on her SPI.  She's in the Mystic Peak Campus, and so far, is at level 23.

I have plans of creating a guild some time. So I need to find enough friends to join me.

elektra ranted about the name Ahtimu.  This is my response.

I actually translated the hieroglyphics to settle an argument some people were having, because one of the people were calling my friend an idiot for putting a u at the end.  Well, the pharaoh's name OBVIOUSLY ends with a u, since that's what the quail stands for.

Do you know how hard it is to translate hieroglyphics?  No one can agree what the vulture stands for.  It's either A, or AH, depending where you learned.  And the reed is another argued letter.  It's most commonly an I, not an e.  I have only seen it used as an e in my own name, where e was followed by i.

So let's take a look for a moment.  What was it Joey said?  Bird, rock, lamb chop, bird and a bigger bird.  Right, so that was a vulture, forgotten what the thing Joey calls a rock is officially.  A reed, an owl, and a quail.

Vulture = A / AH
rock = T
Reed = I / E
Owl = M
Quail = U

So there you have it.  Ahtimu, Atimu, Ahtemu, Atemu are all the ways I know that the name can be translated to.

If you wish to check out my chart for this alphabet, it's here:
